By placing an order, the customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\r\n

3. PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

Deen Creation currently offers a single product: the Quran Line Box, designed to provide a meaningful and educational handwriting experience focused on the Qur\u2019an.<\/p>\r\n

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.
Minor variations in materials, colours, or packaging may occur between production batches.<\/p>\r\n

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee the absence of typographical or display errors.<\/p>\r\n

4. PRICES<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams)<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

Prices may vary based on the customer\u2019s location due to:<\/p>\r\n

  • shipping fees<\/li>\r\n
  • currency conversions<\/li>\r\n
  • customs duties or VAT in the customer\u2019s country<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    Unless stated otherwise, Dar Al Ikhlas FZC is not VAT-registered<\/strong>.

    Payments are securely processed through Stripe<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

      All transactions are encrypted and compliant with PCI-DSS security standards<\/strong>.
      Dar Al Ikhlas FZC does not store or access your card details.<\/p>\r\n

      6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

      Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.<\/p>\r\n

      Dar Al Ikhlas FZC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order<\/strong>, including cases involving:<\/p>\r\n

      • pricing errors<\/li>\r\n
      • incomplete or unverifiable information<\/li>\r\n
      • payment issues<\/li>\r\n

        Delivery times depend on the destination and courier.
        Deen Creation is not responsible for:<\/p>\r\n

        • delays caused by customs or carriers<\/li>\r\n
        • additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees<\/li>\r\n
        • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          International customers are responsible for ensuring the product is legally importable to their country.<\/p>\r\n

          8. RETURNS & REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

          Please refer to our Return Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

          Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the product.
          Items must be:<\/p>\r\n

          • unused<\/li>\r\n
          • undamaged<\/li>\r\n
          • in original packaging<\/li>\r\n
          • in resellable condition<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

            Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.<\/p>\r\n

            Refunds may be refused if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.<\/p>\r\n

            Dar Al Ikhlas FZC will not be held liable for:<\/p>\r\n

            • misuse of the product<\/li>\r\n
            • customs issues<\/li>\r\n
            • inaccurate information provided by the customer<\/li>\r\n
            • loss or damage caused by force majeure events<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

              The customer assumes full responsibility for the product after delivery.<\/p>\r\n

              11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

              All website content: including text, logos, designs, images, layout, and software\u2014is the exclusive property of Dar Al Ikhlas FZC<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

              Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.<\/p>\r\n

              12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

              These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

              Any dispute relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

              13. ARBITRATION<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

              Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through confidential arbitration<\/strong> in Dubai, UAE, in English, according to applicable arbitration rules.<\/p>\r\n

              Dar Al Ikhlas FZC may pursue legal action directly for intellectual property matters or injunctive relief.<\/p>\r\n

              14. TERMINATION<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

              Deen Creation may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.<\/p>\r\n

              Upon termination, you must stop using the Site immediately.
