Throughout these Terms, “Deen Creation” refers to the online store and services, while “Dar Al Ikhlas FZC” refers to the legal operating entity.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website.
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

Deen Creation may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective once posted on the Site.
Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

2. PURPOSE OF THE SITE

These Terms outline the rights and obligations of Dar Al Ikhlas FZC and its customers regarding the sale of products offered on deencreation.com.

By placing an order, the customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS

Deen Creation currently offers a single product: the Quran Line Box, designed to provide a meaningful and educational handwriting experience focused on the Qur’an.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.
Minor variations in materials, colours, or packaging may occur between production batches.

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee the absence of typographical or display errors.

4. PRICES

All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

Prices may vary based on the customer’s location due to:

  • shipping fees
  • currency conversions
  • customs duties or VAT in the customer’s country

Unless stated otherwise, Dar Al Ikhlas FZC is not VAT-registered.
If VAT registration is activated in the future, these Terms will be updated.

 

5. PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

All transactions are encrypted and compliant with PCI-DSS security standards.
Dar Al Ikhlas FZC does not store or access your card details.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Dar Al Ikhlas FZC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including cases involving:

  • product unavailability
  • pricing errors
  • incomplete or unverifiable information
  • payment issues
  • suspected fraud

Additional information (e.g., phone number, address, ID) may be required before accepting the order.

 

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier.
Deen Creation is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by customs or carriers
  • additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

International customers are responsible for ensuring the product is legally importable to their country.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return Policy.

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • in resellable condition

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds may be refused if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

 

9. USER ACCOUNTS & SUBMISSIONS

Customers agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all actions performed under it.

Any customer-submitted content (reviews, comments, questions, suggestions) becomes the exclusive property of Dar Al Ikhlas FZC.

Submissions must not contain unlawful, false, inappropriate, or harmful content.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dar Al Ikhlas FZC will not be held liable for:

  • delays by carriers
  • misuse of the product
  • customs issues
  • inaccurate information provided by the customer
  • loss or damage caused by force majeure events

The customer assumes full responsibility for the product after delivery.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content: including text, logos, designs, images, layout, and software—is the exclusive property of Dar Al Ikhlas FZC.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in English, according to applicable arbitration rules.

Dar Al Ikhlas FZC may pursue legal action directly for intellectual property matters or injunctive relief.

14. TERMINATION

Deen Creation may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Site immediately.
Dar Al Ikhlas FZC will not be responsible for any damages resulting from termination.
