RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.deencreation.com, owned and operated by Dar Al Ikhlas FZC.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in its original packaging
  • in resellable condition
  • with all included components, inserts, and accessories

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Damaged items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items missing components or accessories
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

3. Return Process

We will provide return instructions and the correct address for sending your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Deen Creation is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received, our team will inspect it.
You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been:

  • Approved (eligible for refund), or
  • Rejected (if the item does not meet conditions)

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Refund Timing

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on:

  • your bank
  • your card issuer
  • payment processor delays

If you have not received your refund after this time:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card issuer
  3. Contact your bank
  4. Then email us at contact@deencreation.com

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@deencreation.com with:

  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or videos of the damage

We may offer:

  • a replacement (same item),
  • or a refund,
    depending on availability.

Items damaged due to customer misuse cannot be refunded or replaced.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • the cost of returning the item
  • ensuring the parcel is securely packed
  • choosing a trackable shipping service

Shipping charges (outbound or return) are non-refundable.
